Octave market 2024
From April 20 to May 22, 2024, the traditional Octave market will be held in Luxembourg City on the Place de la Constitution.
The Oktavmäertchen is the traditional market that has its origins in the Octave, a religious festival to honor the Virgin Mary who is the patron saint of the city and the Grand Duchy. Every year around Pentecost, pilgrims from all over the country and the Greater Region come to Luxembourg City.
A toilet for people with special needs will also be set up on the Place de la Constitution (key to be collected via the mobile phone number indicated on the toilet room located on the Place de la Constitution). Moreover, the toilets located at the Cercle Cité, at the "Knuedler" parking lot and on the Place de la Constitution will be accessible throughout the opening of the Octave market until 10:30 pm.
